Hiller v. The Money Source, Inc.
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
Case No. 2:23-cv-00235-PHX-JJT
If you were called by The Money Source, Inc. with a prerecorded or artificial voice call on your cellular telephone after you asked The Money Source, Inc. to stop calling you, then you may be affected by a class action lawsuit.
• Natasha Hiller has sued The Money Source, Inc. (“The Money Source” or “Defendant”) for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), alleging that The Money Source placed calls that utilized an artificial or prerecorded voice, to individuals that had previously asked The Money Source to stop calling.
• The Court has allowed the Lawsuit to be a class action on behalf of a Class:
Class: All persons throughout the United States or its territories (1) to whom Defendant placed, or caused to be placed, a call, (2) directed to a number assigned to a cellular telephone service, (3) in connection with which Defendant used an artificial or prerecorded voice, (4) after the called party requested that Defendant stop placing telephone calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice to their cellular telephone, as recorded in Defendant’s business records, (5) from four years prior to the filing of the Complaint through the date of class certification.
• The Court has not decided whether The Money Source did anything wrong. There is no money available now, and no guarantee there ever will be. However, your legal rights are affected, and you have a choice to make now. You, however, are not required to do anything to stay in the case and be represented by Class Counsel. You only need to do something if you want to opt-out.
| YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS LAWSUIT: | |

But, you keep any rights to sue The Money Source separately, about the same legal claims in this Lawsuit. |
• Your options are explained in the Notice. To ask to be excluded, you must act before November 28, 2025.
• Any judgment, whether favorable or not, will include all Class Members who do not request exclusion.
• Any Class Member who does not request exclusion may, if he or she desires, enter an appearance through his or her counsel. You are not required to do so to stay in the case and be represented by Class Counsel.
